What you will do
- Support labour personnel administration including recruitment requests, staff replacement, offboarding, and onboarding support such as system registration and facial recognition enrollment.
- Manage attendance records and timesheets, handle attendance exceptions, adjust system work hours, and verify working hours with supervisors.
- Coordinate labour cost settlement by reviewing supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies through work hour verification, and managing bill settlement processes.
- Maintain accurate operational records, ensure proper documentation tracking, and support workforce system access and scheduling adjustments.
About you
- 2+ years of experience in operations support, workforce coordination, or HR administration.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with workforce management or scheduling systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
