About the Role

Weldricks Pharmacy have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Assistant to join our growing teams in the Operations Department based at Mallard House, Doncaster.
This role will be 12 hours per week, 9.00am to 3.00pm Wednesday and Thursday.

- Assisting with the collating, distribution, and filing information received from our branches.
- Completing daily, weekly, monthly reports and distributing them to stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating all information contained within the branch tills and assisting branches with queries.
Requirements
As our Operations Support Assistant, you will also have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Pass in English and Maths
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
