Role Overview
The Unity Support Coordinator will provide vital administrative, operational, and coordination support to our Unity team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day workflow, supports property and investment activity, assists with internal reporting and communications, and provides cross-functional support to stakeholders including Operations, Property, Marketing, and the Leadership Team. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Accountabilities
Operational & Workflow Support
- Conduct daily review of open tasks on Appian reporting, following up as needed to ensure progress and timely completion.
- Collate statutory compliance documentation and prepare material for briefing meetings in Appian.
- Join key operational calls and meetings to capture, track, and progress action points following up with key stakeholders and reporting on progress as necessary
- Assist with ad-hoc correspondence to third parties when required.
Property & Site Support
- Coordinate bookings for viewings of new sites across transition and acquisition pipelines.
- Oversee and manage Matterport surveys for Unity sites, including internal coordination and tracking.
- Support with the preparation and quality-checking of property-related sections of memos.
- Collate handover checklists from Operations and the local property team.
- Support supplier administration, including raising orders for Property team where needed.

Board Pack, Reporting & Presentation Support
- Assist in preparing the monthly Board Pack, including data collation and document formatting.
- Support the creation of presentation collateral for large internal meetings
Marketing & Investment Support
- Collate investment opening pack details for Marketing, including signage schemes, pricing, and handover timelines.
- Create the weekly Unity Social newsletter.
- Support core pricing and proposition adjustments, including EPOS briefs and basket deal updates.
- Submit central POS design briefs via MyPrint for Unity campaigns, PPV events, and toolkit updates

Person Specification – Technical Competencies/Professional expertise
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across Property, Operations, and Marketing disciplines.
- Experience in administrative coordination or similar support roles preferred.
- Confidence in using workflow systems (e.g., Appian), reporting tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to solve problems and keep processes moving.
