The London Museum is one of the UK's leading cultural institutions, home to collections of global importance and visited by millions each year. Behind the scenes, a highly professional security operation ensures the safety of people, protection of priceless artefacts, and delivery of an exceptional visitor experience.

We are now seeking a highly organised and driven Operations Support Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of this high-profile contract. This is a senior leadership position at the heart of the operation - bringing together workforce planning, compliance, finance, and governance to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on complexity, precision, and impact, and who wants to contribute to the success of a world-renowned institution.

This is more than an operational support role - it's a critical leadership position at the centre of a prestigious, high-performing contract. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient running of the security operation while supporting a team that protects one of the UK's most important cultural assets.

If you are highly organised, commercially aware, and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced and meaningful environment, we want to hear from you.

About The Role

You will:

  • Lead all workforce scheduling and planning activities, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times
  • Manage rotas, absence, leave, vacancies, and contingency planning to maintain operational resilience
  • Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, vetting, and workforce administration activities
  • Drive and manage contract compliance, ensuring alignment with policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and financial administration, ensuring accuracy and commercial control
  • Maintain and monitor compliance records, audit documentation, and corrective action tracking
  • Coordinate and monitor training programmes, ensuring all staff meet mandatory requirements
  • Manage uniform, equipment, and asset processes, ensuring availability, accuracy, and cost control
  • Produce detailed reports, KPIs, and management information to support decision-making and performance
  • Act as a central coordination hub, liaising with internal departments, stakeholders, and operational teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
