Position Overview
We are currently recruiting for a General Manager based in our London site.
Salary & Working Pattern
- Salary: £55,000 per annum
- Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Health & Safety Audits: Auditing health and safety protocols at sites
- Cost Controls: Ensuring operational budget controls are implemented uniformly across all sites
- Client & Team Management: Developing strong relationships with clients, managers, and onsite staff
- Support & Relief Duties:
- Deputising in key client review meetings as required
- Acting as relief manager for cover during absences for holidays or sickness (occasional)
- Client & Operational Engagement: Actively fostering relationships to drive operational success
