Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Support Supervisor to take ownership of our warehouse, operational equipment and company fleet.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for ensuring our equipment, vehicles and operational assets are maintained to the highest standard, ready to support our teams across the UK.
Whilst your normal working pattern will generally be Monday to Friday, flexibility is essential due to the nature of our business. During busy event periods, your working week may change to Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday, depending on operational requirements.
The Role
You'll play a vital part in supporting our operations by ensuring equipment is maintained, stock is controlled, vehicles are compliant and operational kits are delivered to site safely and on time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in organisation and maintenance, and likes having ownership over a wide range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Asset Management
- Take ownership of the warehouse and farm storage areas, ensuring they remain organised, clean, safe and efficient.
- Maintain an accurate asset register and monitor equipment movements.
- Carry out regular stock checks and maintain inventory records.
- Prepare operational kits, cleaning equipment and waste infrastructure for contracts and events.
- Book equipment in and out of the warehouse.
- Monitor consumable stock levels and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Ensure equipment is stored safely and correctly.
- Identify damaged, missing or obsolete equipment and arrange repairs or replacement where required.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout all storage areas.

Equipment Maintenance
- Carry out routine inspections of operational equipment.
- Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance where appropriate.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, safe and operational before deployment.
- Carry out, or coordinate, PAT testing of electrical equipment.
- Maintain records of equipment inspections, maintenance and testing.
- Recommend replacement equipment when assets reach the end of their serviceable life.
Logistics & Deliveries
- Deliver operational kits, bins and equipment to client sites using company vehicles.
- Collect equipment following events and return it safely to the warehouse.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Secure loads correctly using ratchet straps on flatbed and Luton vehicles.
- Plan equipment movements alongside the Operations Team.
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely, professionally and on time.
- Assist with site set-ups and breakdowns where required.
Fleet Management
- Take day-to-day responsibility for the presentation and upkeep of the company vehicle fleet.
- Ensure all pool vehicles are clean, tidy and ready for operational use.
- Carry out regular vehicle inspections and compliance audits.
- Complete routine vehicle checks including tyres, fluid levels, lights and cleanliness.
- Monitor servicing, MOTs and maintenance schedules.
- Arrange vehicle servicing, repairs and MOT appointments with the office team.
- Deliver and collect company vehicles from garages.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records.
- Report defects, damage or accidents promptly.
- Ensure vehicles contain all required safety equipment and documentation.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company Health & Safety procedures.
- Ensure equipment and vehicles remain compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Promote safe working practices within the warehouse and during deliveries.
- Support continuous improvement across warehouse and operational processes.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Previous experience within warehouse, logistics or operational environments.
- Experience driving Luton vans or similar commercial vehicles.
- Experience securing loads using ratchet straps.
- Good practical skills with the ability to carry out minor repairs and equipment maintenance.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable undertaking manual handling activities.
- IT competent with experience maintaining records and stock information.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends during busy event periods.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
Desirable
- HGV Licence.
- Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence.
- PAT Testing qualification or practical experience.
- Experience working within the events, facilities management, cleaning or waste management sectors.
- Experience using stock management or asset tracking systems.
