The Role

The Operations Admin Support provides essential operational, administrative and coordination support to our operations and project teams. This is a busy, varied role, critical to delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard of customer satisfaction. You will:

  • Schedule and coordinate engineers across multiple projects, keeping schedules accurate and stakeholders informed
  • Support project managers with day-to-day coordination and planning
  • Collate project reports and maintain accurate records, documentation and trackers
  • Support Health and Safety compliance, maintaining RAMS, permits, inductions and site records
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for engineers, aligned to project schedules and site requirements
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers on coordination and scheduling matters

About You

  • Proven experience in a business administration role
  • Exceptional at managing a heavy workload and conflicting demands to tight deadlines
  • Confident communicating and influencing across all levels, from operational teams to senior directors
  • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Highly organised, accurate and calm under pressure

Highly desirable: experience within a technology, infrastructure, engineering or field-services environment, and familiarity with scheduling or project tracking tools.
