About the Role: Team Lead
We’re looking for individuals who can mentor, guide, and develop team members—because not everyone is right for this leadership role. Aviation-quality team leads separate the best from the rest. This is your chance to showcase your expertise and define your career as a Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.
- Implement escalation channels following agreed-upon procedures.
- Lead a high-performing team through transitions, fostering problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical skills to scale solutions.
- Set team goals and collaborate with direct reports to develop strategies, measure progress, and share results.
- Identify actionable insights, offer recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of prior people management experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective action plans.
- Deep understanding of customer confidentiality standards, paired with a passion for teammate development.
- Valid driving licence (held for at least 3 years). (Note: This requirement may be dependent on role-specific duties.)
