At Real Wrap Co. Ltd we run a fast paced business manufacturing chilled and frozen food to go, supplying to well-known customers across multiple sales channels including tourism, healthcare and education and retail. Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that products are made safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and supervise production staff during shifts, allocate tasks and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.
  • Ensure production targets and schedules are met, support shift planning and smooth handovers between teams.
  • Report production results to operations or production managers, communicate issues affecting production.
