Purpose of the Job
To play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of courier import operations. With a focus on compliance, customer service, and shipment tracking, this role supports the efficiency and reliability of our express services based in Poyle (Slough).
Shift Pattern
- Monday – 05.00 am to 01.30 pm
- Tuesday – Day off
- Wednesday - Day off
- Thursday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm
- Friday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm
- Saturday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm
- Sunday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Job Description
- Compliance with the clearance of courier imports
- Handle customer calls and deal with customer queries
- Track and Trace of inbound shipments
- Freedom shipments
- Resolve Station problem queues
- Clear outstanding shipments

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Have an understanding of import clearances
- Has an understanding of customer services
- Proficiency in Descartes E-Customs and CNS required
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- An understanding of geographical locations
