Technical Support & Warehouse Coordinator – thirtyeight Degrees (TED)
About Us
Thirty Eight Degrees Limited (TED) is a growing bathroom technology company specialising in digital shower solutions. We pride ourselves on great products, practical technical support, and looking after our customers long after they’ve made a purchase.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in everything from running the warehouse and managing stock to helping customers solve technical problems, testing products, and supporting our growing retrofit shower business.
If you're practical, organised, technically minded, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical Support & Aftercare (Key part of the role)
-
Assist customers, installers, and merchants with technical questions, fault finding, and aftercare support over phone, email, and WhatsApp.
-
Test new products and product samples.
-
Help create technical guides and simple training videos.
-
Support customers from first enquiry through to aftercare.
Some plumbing knowledge or experience would be advantageous—especially for discussions on installations—but it’s not essential if you’re technically minded and eager to learn.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
