Operations Trainer
Operations Trainer – PROPER SNACKS
At PROPER SNACKS, we’re on a mission to shake up the snack aisle with products that are seriously fun—and better for people and the planet. Behind every bag of our popcorn and chips is a team of passionate operators making sure everything runs like clockwork.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an Operations Trainer who can inspire, coach, and elevate our production teams—someone who thrives on turning complex processes into engaging, hands-on learning experiences and building a culture where people feel confident, capable, and proud of what they do.
The Opportunity
This is not your typical training role. You’ll be right at the heart of our factory—on the shop floor, in the classroom, and behind the scenes designing impactful learning experiences.
You’ll deliver training that truly sticks. From machinery operation and production processes to safety, compliance, and onboarding, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams perform at their best while upholding the highest standards.
Working closely with our Learning & Development (L&D) team, you’ll continuously improve how we train, coach, and develop our people—helping us grow stronger, smarter, and safer every day.
Shift Details: This is predominantly a night shift role (Sunday-Thursday, 10pm–6am), with a requirement to work a set of day shifts (Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm) once per month.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
