Operator and PDI Engineer - GLOUCESTER
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated PDI Engineer and Operator to join our Gloucester Depot.

The Role
As a PDI Engineer and Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring our equipment is inspected, maintained, and prepared to the highest standards before being delivered to customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) and accurately recording results within our systems
- Performing routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Completing minor repairs and adjustments where required
- Ensuring all equipment meets safety and quality standards
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment in line with company procedures
- Supporting the wider maintenance team to achieve operational goals

About You
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to develop within an engineering environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred but not essential)
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, engineering, or equipment maintenance would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
