Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is seeking a License Owner/Operator to launch and operate the Stranger Soccer brand in London. This isn’t a traditional management role—it’s designed for individuals who want to run, grow, and own their own venture while making football more accessible and enjoyable in their city. 🏆 About the Role

As License Owner/Operator, your primary responsibility will be establishing and scaling Stranger Soccer in London. You will lead day-to-day operations while simultaneously building and engaging a thriving football community. This position caters to people who prefer hands-on ownership, performance-driven accountability, and the desire to make a real impact in their city.


💼 Key Responsibilities

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in London
  • Secure and maintain partnerships with football venues across the city
  • Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
  • Develop creative marketing and community engagement strategies to attract and retain players
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience that encourages long-term participation
  • Continuously refine and scale operations for sustainable growth
