Our Company

A.H. Worth is a family-owned business spanning four generations, dedicated to delivering top quality and value in fresh produce.

Operating from Fosdyke, Lincolnshire, we manage a vast farming operation and maintain joint ventures in fresh produce. We grow and package fresh, wholehead vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

Aligning with our farming operations, we are all about growing and nurturing our own People. A progressive company, we invest heavily in sustainable projects from using anaerobic digestion and solar energy to power our premises, to ensuring regenerative farming methods are used out in our fields. With passionate support service teams in our offices, in-house training coordinators and a robust staff engagement programme, we endeavour to make sure everyone enjoys a healthy work/life balance and is supported to reach their potential.

The Role

The Operational Excellence Data & Systems Analyst supports the delivery of Operational Excellence by providing accurate operational and financial data, maintaining business systems, and developing digital reporting solutions. Working closely with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Technical, Finance and IT, the role supports the site's PSQDC (People, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost) management process through data analysis, system administration and continuous improvement.

The role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of operational data across systems including Harford MES, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and other business applications, whilst developing dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel and the Microsoft Power Platform to improve business performance and support informed decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
