Role Overview
The Ophthalmology Territory Manager will take responsibility for launching and driving adoption of the product within your territory. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a measurable impact on patient care.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets
- Build and maintain relationships with ophthalmologists, surgeons, clinic staff, and procurement teams
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Provide clinical training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven medical device sales professional who thrives in competitive environments and has the ability to influence senior clinical stakeholders.
- 3–5 years’ experience in medical device sales
- Proven success managing complex, high-value sales cycles
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and clinical demonstration skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clinicians and procurement
- Resilient, ambitious, and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Valid UK driving licence + willingness to travel across the territory
