You will be responsible for managing the opportunity pipeline, driving capture activities, leading strategic bids, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into contracted revenue. Working closely with market leads, technical teams, project managers, and senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy and ensuring opportunities are progressed efficiently from identification through to contract award.

Your role

  • Leading proposal development activities, working with technical and commercial teams to develop compelling, compliant, and customer-focused proposals.
  • Demonstrating strong commercial acumen to qualify opportunities, assess risk and value, develop winning strategies, and support negotiations through to contract award and purchase order placement.

  • Supporting the development of customer-facing collateral, case studies, CVs, presentations, and other business development materials.
  • Driving continuous improvement in sales governance, bid processes, knowledge management, and lessons learned.
  • Producing regular pipeline, capture, and bid performance reports for leadership teams, driving accountability and informed decision-making across the business.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support long-term growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
