Ops Supervisor
Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co.
You will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated, acting as the link between the stock room and the floor. Collaborating closely with the Stock Manager or Store Manager, you’ll play a fundamental role in both stock room management and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to consumers.
Key Parts of the Role
- Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager
- Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
- Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
- Maintain well-displayed, well-assorted, and correctly tagged product on the floor and in the stock room
- Organize and maintain the stockroom
- Provide shop floor support to the team
