Ops Support Internship

Supporting the UK Team: Restaurant Menu Operations (Entry-Level)

Who You Are

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience building and running operational systems—not just an observational role.

Key traits we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail, especially with data
  • Independent and organised with reliable work habits
  • Natural curiosity about how things work—not just executing tasks
  • Willingness to learn and improve processes
  • No previous tech or food industry experience required! We want curiosity, care, and eagerness to grow.

What This Role Involves

You’ll play a critical role in keeping our restaurant operations running smoothly while learning why workflows exist and how they’re refined.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain restaurant menus in our internal system using structured data
  • Work directly with live systems and real customer-facing data—responsibility will be given from day one
  • Identify inefficiencies, edge cases, or hidden patterns in workflows
  • Contribute insights to process improvements and product roadmaps
  • Assist with new projects as the UK branch scales

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
