Optical Assistant – Ruislip, Specsavers
So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here.
Specsavers is looking for candidates with previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant to fill this Optical Assistant role.
As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services, combined with your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
About the Role
- Provide exceptional support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Assist customers with optical and Audiology services
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Demonstrate brand enthusiasm alongside professional customer service

Desirable (But Not Essential) Experience
If you can offer:
- Experience in high-tempo customer service roles
- Background in optical or Audiology businesses
- Basic knowledge/experience of optical or Audiology terminology
