Optical Assistant - Newport (Gwent)

We’re looking for passionate, hardworking individuals with some previous optical experience ready to deliver exceptional customer service at Specsavers.

About the Role

This dynamic Optical Assistant position at our Newport (Gwent) store is an opportunity to kickstart or further develop your career in optics. As an Optical Assistant, you’ll confidently assist customers, provide a welcoming experience, and support the team in delivering high-quality care. With our structured training and development programs, along with guidance from experienced Opticians and Technicians, you can grow and shape your future in optical retail.

Our Newport (Gwent) Specsavers store is a bustling, community-focused location, serving a diverse customer base with high-quality optical and audiology services.

Desirable Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences will give you an edge:

  • Experience in an optics or audiology business
