- Competitive salary: £8.20 per hour

Requirements
To qualify for this Apprenticeship, we require:
- Educational qualification: GSCE *Maths (Grade 9-4, or A–C)**, or an equivalent qualification
- Right to work: Must have lived in the EU for 3 years or more, with the legal right to work in the UK

- Essential Note: Must not have previously worked in the optical sector
- Ability to travel: Must be able to commute to the North Shields store daily
Responsibilities
As an Optical Assistant Apprentice, your key duties will include:
- Customer service: Welcoming customers into the store
- Bookings & enquiries: Arranging eye tests and pre-screening patients
- Styling assistance: Offering frame advice and measuring frames where necessary
- Communications: Managing phone calls efficiently
