For the Role
To be eligible, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
- Qualifications: GSCE Maths (Grade 9-4, equivalent to A-C*), or an alternative qualification at the same level.
- Right to Work: Having lived in the EU for at least 3 years and having the legal right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Booking eye tests
- Prescreening patients to ensure smooth appointments
- Offering expert advice on the selection of eyewear
- Measuring frames for custom fittings
- Managing customer calls with professionalism
