Are you a caring individual looking to continue your career as an Optical Assistant? So whatever you want your career to look like, you can bring it to life at Specsavers.  Our store    This position is based across two of our fantastic Specsavers sites in Cannock Town Centre and our convenient clinic inside Sainsbury’s at Cannock Voyager.  The Cannock Specsavers store is a busy, high-performing location situated in the heart of the town. With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and patient experience, Cannock offers a fast-paced environment where colleagues are encouraged to develop their skills and contribute to continuous improvement. The store benefits from modern testing facilities and a well-established reputation within the local community. It is easily accessible via excellent public transport links, including nearby bus routes and Cannock train station within walking distance, making it a convenient location for both colleagues and customers. Cannock Voyager Specsavers is a dynamic and growing clinic located within the popular Voyager Retail Park, offering excellent accessibility and attracting a high volume of customers. The clinic prides itself on its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to delivering outstanding service and clinical excellence. Located within Sainsbury’s, the clinic benefits from convenient public transport access, with regular bus services to the retail park and straightforward road links. The site also offers free parking, making it an easily accessible and convenient location for commuters. Our team    Across both Cannock town centre and Cannock Voyager (Sainsbury’s) locations, you’ll be part of a supportive, experienced, and highly collaborative team. Colleagues work closely across both sites, creating a consistent and high-quality experience for every patient and customer. The team combines strong clinical expertise with a customer-first mindset, fostering an environment where knowledge is shared, development is encouraged, and everyone feels valued. With a mix of long-standing team members and new talent, there is a positive, inclusive culture that thrives on teamwork, flexibility, and delivering outstanding care.
