About the Role: Gloucester Store

Based in the bustling Eastgate Shopping Centre, our Gloucester Specsavers store thrives as a high-traffic optical destination. With seven test rooms, we cater to a diverse customer base while delivering expert clinical eye care and an extensive selection of stylish, affordable eyewear. The store benefits from excellent public transport links, making it convenient for both customers and staff.

Our store is backed by a robust team of 55–60 dedicated colleagues, including:

  • Optical Assistants

While we’re eager to hear from applicants with previous customer service, optical, or Audiology experience, it’s not mandatory. However, having:

  • Basic optical or Audiology terminology knowledge
