What We Need
To get started here, you should have:
✅ At least 3 months’ experience working in an opticians* (retail, dispensing, or front-facing customer roles count) ✅ A keen passion for customer service in an optical environment
✅ A minimum of experience is a must, so make sure yours aligns with this!
Desirable Extras
We love applicants who have:
- Fast-paced customer service experience (pharmacies, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Background in optical/audiology (or “ears” business contextual knowledge)
- Basic familiarity with optical/audiological industry-specific jargon
