Optical Assistant Position – Harrow, Specsavers

About the Role

So, you’re a proactive people person, ready to become the friendly face our stores need? This Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you if you’ve previously worked as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant.

As an Optical Assistant at Specsavers Harrow, you’ll leverage your passion for the Specsavers brand, products, and services, alongside outstanding customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both customers and team members.

Job Requirements

To apply for this role, you’ll need:

  • At least 3 months of experience in working within an optician’s shop

✅ Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Knowledge and alignment with our customer-focused approach
  • Friendliness and a genuine desire to create a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues

✨ Desirable (But Not Compulsory):

  • Previous experience in fast-paced customer service environments
  • Background in opto-metrical or audiology businesses
  • Basic knowledge of optics/audiology terminology
