Position: Optical Assistant
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers
- Pre-testing
- Book and change appointments
- Explore customer needs; assist them to choose the right product for them
- Ensure collections are undertaken in a professional manner, ensuring that the fit and comfort is perfect so that the customer leaves delighted with their purchase
