About the Role
We are looking for an Optical Assistant in Brighton, Bond Street, for a 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming vibe by making every customer feel seen and excited to be in store
- Deliver clear style advice by:
- Helping customers find frames that feel right for them
- Sharing helpful style tips
- Share your knowledge by explaining the differences between:
- lenses
- coatings
- fits to ensure customers make the right choice
- Get every detail right by:
- polishing lenses
- adjusting frames
- ensuring every pair of glasses leaves looking sharp and ready to wear
- Handle sales with care by:
- Guiding customers through lens upgrades, coatings, and add-ons
- Ensuring customers leave with exactly what they need

- Compensation: £13.11 per hour, plus up to 16% monthly bonus when store targets are reached
