About the Role
We are looking for an Optical Assistant in Brighton Bond Street for a role requiring 8 hours.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by making every customer feel seen and excited to browse.
- Provide clear style advice, helping customers find frames that suit their personality and sharing expert tips.
- Share specialist knowledge, explaining the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits to ensure customers make confident choices.
- Perfect every detail by polishing lenses, adjusting frames, and ensuring every finished pair looks exceptional.
- Manage sales sensitively, guiding customers through lens upgrades, coatings, and add-ons so they leave satisfied with precisely what they need.
