Optical & Hearing Assistant – Haywards Heath
Salary: £25,348 FTE + Bonus | Full Time | 5 days a week with alternating Saturdays

Responsibilities
As an Optical & Hearing Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our Haywards Heath boutique, delivering exceptional customer service:
- Provide a tailored experience, helping customers choose from designer eyewear.
- Receive training on diagnostic tools and assist customers with confidence.
- Uphold a polished, professional yet friendly approach.
- Support in shaping positive customer experiences, making them feel valued.
- Collaborate with the wider team to provide high-quality care.
Your work will allow customers to leave feeling seen, heard, and delighted.
Requirements
This role suits the following candidate:
- Passion for customer service, preferably with experience in retail or hospitality.
- Enthusiasm for building great relationships and helping people look and feel their best.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn continuously.
- Fondness for working with high-quality products in support of vision and hearing improvements.
- Prepared to relocate for a 4-6 week induction at our centre of excellence.
