Your Role

About the Role
Optical Managers oversee operational efficiency across the clinic, ensuring:
- Effective team leadership for Optometrists and Optical assistants
- Compliance with clinical processes and procedures
- Achievement of sales targets through forecasting and department performance reviews
- Resolution of customer queries seamlessly

What You’ll Bring
Must-haves:
- A fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC (General Optical Council)
- Commitment to achieving CPD (continuing professional development) statutory points requirements
- Confidence in delivering high-quality customer and patient care
- Proven leadership experience in dynamic optical environments
- Capacity to drive results while meeting departmental targets

- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure scenarios
