Job Title: Supervisor – Tetbury Specsavers


About the Role

As a Supervisor at Specsavers, you will:

  • Lead by example and set high standards within the store.
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Managers to support, guide, and empower your team.
  • Help team members make customer-focused decisions, ensuring exceptional experiences while driving business goals.
  • Receive ongoing coaching, leadership development, and confidence-building support as you take on increased responsibility.

Requirements

- Essential:

  • Strong customer service skills from a fast-paced environment.
  • (Any of) Basic knowledge/experience in:
    • Optical terminology,
    • Audiology fundamentals, or
    • Experience within an optics or Audiology business.

- Desirable (advantageous):

  • Formal qualifications in optics or eye care.
