About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Optimisation Manager dedicated to executing rapid iteration and high-velocity site optimisation initiatives.

Reporting to the Optimisation Lead, this position sits at the intersection of data, technology, and execution, translating tactical roadmaps into live, performance-enhancing updates. Collaborating with Paid Media, CX, and Development teams, your role drives real-time trading insights into measurable business growth for global clients.


What You’ll Be Doing

Execution of Site Optimisation & RIO Framework

  • Daily Campaign Management:
    • Own the hands-on execution and QA of the weekly site optimisation roadmap.
    • Ensure rapid deployment and zero-defect delivery of experiments and content updates.
  • A/B Testing & Personalisation:
    • Develop, launch, and monitor A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalisation campaigns to immediately boost real-time trading performance and conversion rates (CRO).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Work daily with copywriters, designers, developers, and paid media teams to align on asset production and rapid execution.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Real-Time Monitoring:
    • Track live campaign performance using real-time analytics to identify performance drops, bugs, or unmissed conversion opportunities.
  • Insights Translation:
    • Translate complex test data into actionable recommendations and assist in compiling weekly performance reports demonstrating trading uplift and ROI.
  • Audience Segmentation:
    • Utilise Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and web analytics tools to build, refine, and optimise dynamic audience segments for targeted messaging.

Technology & Platform Operations

  • Platform Administration:
    • Act as a super-user for optimisation, analytics, and CMS platforms.
  • Data Quality & Tagging:
    • Ensure correct implementation of tracking codes, analytics tags, and event parameters to safeguard data integrity.

What We Want From You

We seek a meticulous, execution-driven digital specialist with a laser-focus on CRO, insights, and elite performance.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Site Optimisation Platforms: Hands-on experience with Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Siteimprove, or similar tools.
  • Analytics Suites: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude, including custom reporting, segments, and event tracking.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience editing/publishing and driving personalisation in Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or Shopify.
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs): Bonus for familiarity with Segment, Tealium, or similar for real-time activation.
  • Basic Frontend Knowledge: A + for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (focused on test implementation impact).

Execution & Mindset

  • High Velocity: Thrives in fast-paced environments with a reflex for rapid delivery and immediate commercial impact.
  • Agile Competency: Comfortable managing agile sprints, weekly backlogs, and juggling multiple short-turnaround tasks.
  • Analytical Thinking: Naturally curious—more than a sensor; seeks the ‘why’ behind user behavior.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Bridges creative, technical, and commercial stakeholders with clarity and energy.
