The Role

We’re looking for driven and enthusiastic Graduate and Placement Technical Support Engineers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to dive into real-world technical challenges, learn from industry experts, and make a genuine impact.

Your journey begins with a 3-week training programme in our Belfast office, where you’ll get hands-on with our systems, explore our technical support workflows, and build a strong foundation in how we deliver for our clients. You’ll shadow experienced engineers, take part in interactive learning sessions, and quickly become a valuable member of the team. Please note as a graduate, placement, intern, or apprentice you will be expected to work from the office on a full-time basis for at least the first 12 months of your employment.

During Your Initial 3 Weeks, You Will

  • Dive into our core technologies and system architecture.
  • Work through guided hands-on sessions with real support scenarios.
  • Learn how to approach customer challenges with confidence.
  • Get up to speed with our internal tools, ticketing systems, and processes.
  • Watch experienced engineers in action and gradually take on responsibilities.
  • Build the foundations to grow into a skilled, well-rounded support engineer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
