As an Optometrist here, you’ll be the go-to for eye examinations and contact lens services, helping us keep the nation seeing 20/20.   You’ll work with the store team to deliver high-standard clinical care and customer service to meet both patient needs and business objectives. And of course, you’ll be a key part in creating a warm and friendly environment for our customers and our team.  Our store    Based in Beccles, this modern 4 test room store has been serving the local market-town community for the past 3 years. With free parking ight behind the store and future plans for expansion, this small store has a lot to offer. Our team    With a total of 20 in-store colleagues and all staff members qualified to a minimum of Cert 3, you will have access to a wealth of knowedge and support in all areas of the business. Development is very much at the heart of the store, with 1 of their resident Optometrists currently being supported through the Specsavers pathway development programme, another undertaking the Independent Prescribing course and 3 TDO's on the shopfloor. Community is also key and the Beccles team play an active role, regularly fundraising for donations towards their chosen charity - a local donkey sanctuary! Salary: Upto £65k Pro Rata. Bonus: up to £5,000 available to be used for either relocation or joning bonus. Flexible working pattern available, Full or part time ! Regular days can be accommodated as rota's are released 3-4 months in advance. Totally unique, individual set up for Optometrists! After your probation ends you will have the freedom to manage your own diary/clinics of 20-25 minute tests.  CPD is available, supported and encouraged within the store - the opportunities are endless! Supervision opportunities could also be explored (with bonuses attached).
