Our Store

Based in the heart of Swadlincote, our store is ideally located with free local parking and great transport links. Swadlincote is a thriving South Derbyshire market town, offering a great mix of local amenities, green spaces, and easy access to Derby, Burton upon Trent and Leicester, making it a fantastic place to work.

Our busy store is home to 5 test rooms, running 2 clinics each day with 20-minute testing times, allowing you to provide excellent patient care in a well-supported clinical environment.

What's on Offer?

  • Open to both Newly Qualified and experienced Optometrists
  • Salary between £40,000 and £55,000 FTE, depending on experience
  • Full-time or part-time considered (min 3 days and must inc a weekend day)
  • 20-minute testing times (longer test times considered)

  • GOC fees paid
  • 28 days' annual leave (including Bank Holidays), plus your birthday off
