- Fully qualified and registered Optometrist
- Strong clinical decision-maker with excellent people skills
- Willing to work on and within business (both operational and strategic)
- Present and visible in-store
- Commercially astute with a passion for growing market share

- Someone who wants to put down roots and build a long-term future
