Specsavers Morley and White Rose offer an exciting partnership opportunity for an ambitious optometrist looking to step into business ownership across two established, high-performing linked stores in South Leeds.
This role offers a 50% share in the optometry partnership alongside a 25% share in hearcare, providing long-term income potential, clinical variety, and the chance to influence two complementary stores.
About the Stores
Morley
Morley is a large, established store located next to a busy Morrisons, benefiting from strong local footfall and free customer parking. The store serves a broad demographic, with a particularly strong and loyal patient base reflective of its market-town location.
Following a full refit in late 2021, Morley offers a modern working environment with:
- Five optical test rooms
- Dedicated hearcare facilities (Audiology Hub)
- OCT
- Strong enhanced services including IOP refinement schemes, DVLA work, and CUES
- Dry eye services planned

White Rose
White Rose is a medium-sized store situated within a Sainsbury’s at a busy shopping centre, attracting a slightly younger, retail-led demographic. Free parking and high visitor volumes make this a consistently busy and accessible location.
The store recently completed a Boost in November 2025, supporting continued growth and sustainability, and includes:
- Three optical test rooms with daily double testing
- Dual-purpose hearcare room (spoke store)
- OCT
The Partnership Opportunity
This role offers shared ownership across both optical and hearcare, making it ideal for an optometrist looking to broaden their scope, influence service development, and build a long-term business portfolio.
As a Partner, you’ll be involved in:
- Delivering consistently high clinical standards across both stores
- Supporting and developing optometrists, pre-regs, and hearcare colleagues
- Driving customer volume
- Helping shape future service development, including enhanced and specialist pathways
- Working closely with established store management teams

The businesses are well-structured, with three Store Managers and two Assistant Store Managers already in place, allowing partners to focus on leadership, strategy, and clinical excellence rather than day-to-day operational pressure.
Location – South Leeds
