Optom Partner Opportunity – Washington, Tyne & Wear

Become a Specsavers Joint Venture Partner and take ownership of your future.

Specsavers is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Optom Partner to join our established and thriving business in Washington, offering the purchase of 33% Optom shares plus 17% hearing care shares. This is an exciting opportunity for an optometrist who wants more than a clinical role and is ready to take the next step into business ownership, supported by one of the UK’s leading eye care providers.

About You

You’ll be:

  • A qualified GOC-registered Optometrist (or eligible to register)
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
  • A strong communicator and people leader
  • Commercially aware and motivated by business performance
  • Excited by the prospect of business ownership and leadership
