About the Company
Deloitte
Working with the Deloitte Associate (Contractor) Programme means we can offer you the opportunity to work on a variation of industry and client-related projects. Our aim is to retain the best talent and so when your project end date nears our team of Talent Community Advisors will be working with you to look at alternative projects within the firm that suit your experience should you wish to continue with Deloitte.
About The Role
We are looking for an Oracle Analytics Consultant to support the reporting and analytics workstream on a large Oracle implementation for one of our public sector clients. The programme is moving multiple departments onto a single Oracle Fusion. You will support the SIT and UAT phase, being the point of contact between the functional testing teams and the offshore development teams. You will understand and triage reporting defects, support resolution, and be hands-on with Oracle Reporting Suite tools, particularly Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
