About us
We're a technology company focused on Enterprise Delivery and Engineering. We work and partner with global organisations to deliver enterprise cloud solutions, while our engineering teams design, build, operate, and manage modern web applications, AI-driven tools, and scalable cloud infrastructure — for both our clients and our own platforms.
Led by hands-on, technically experienced founders, we move quickly, make decisions efficiently, and value the impact of every individual contribution. Since 2016, we've built a strong track record and are now entering an exciting phase of growth — making this a great time to join the business.
About the role
We're looking for an accomplished Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant who combines deep product expertise with strong leadership capability. This role requires someone who is hands-on, confident under pressure, and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions — especially in complex transformation environments where data is a critical success factor.
You'll lead a team of talented consultants and work on large-scale, complex programmes.
What you'll do
- Solution delivery & expertise — lead and support the team across ERP; serve as the primary SME for processes, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs; translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications; troubleshoot complex issues across functional and technical layers.
- Data migration leadership — own the end-to-end data migration workstream, including mapping, transformation logic, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation; collaborate with business teams to define data standards, quality rules, and migration readiness criteria; work closely with technical teams to design and validate conversion programs, APIs, and integration touchpoints; lead mock runs, cutover activities, and post-migration validation to ensure accuracy and completeness; identify data-related risks early and drive mitigation strategies with confidence and clarity.
- Leadership & team management — lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; oversee workload distribution, prioritisation, and quality assurance; provide hands-on support during critical phases, especially during data migration cycles and time-pressured delivery windows.
- Stakeholder engagement — build strong relationships with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams; communicate complex concepts — including data migration impacts — in a clear and structured way; manage expectations, risks, and dependencies.
- Quality & performance — champion best practices, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of delivery even in demanding, time-sensitive situations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
