As a Consultant, you’ll be an integral part of a project team, contributing to every phase of the consulting lifecycle, including:
- Customer-facing engagement in requirement analysis, business process documentation, and solution design
- Solution development, configuration, and deployment, ensuring project processes and deliverables are met
- Proposal development, demonstrating solutions to potential customers
- Multi-disciplinary collaboration, including technical teams for interface design, development, testing, and integration
Key Duties:
- Work on high-impact Cloud implementations and hybrid solutions
- Apply functional expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud, with hands-on industry experience
- Adapt under pressure and communicate effectively with client stakeholders
- Drive solution architecture and ensure functional design configurations align with requirements
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and streamline business process workflows

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Technical & Professional Experience (Required)
✅ 5+ years of Oracle Finance Cloud implementation expertise ✅ Minimum 3 full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles lived and led ✅ Hands-on experience in:
- Solution design
- Requirements analysis
- Functional design & configuration documentation
- Troubleshooting & integration architecture
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management ✅ Ability to multi-task autonomously and collaborate across global teams

✔ Strong client-facing communication & stakeholder management skills ✔ Proficiency in Oracle Application Implementation Methodologies ✔ Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

This role is subject to:
- UK Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
- Optional further vetting (e.g., Security Check / Developed Vetting)
Preferred Skills & Experience
👉 Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Finance Cloud, Integration-to-Oracle-Fusion) 👉 Deep domain knowledge in Oracle finance modules (GL, Fixed Assets, other modules) 👉 Experience integrating cloud and on-premise applications 👉 Familiarity with additional Oracle Cloud functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Customer Experience, Logistics)
