Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant and key member of the project team, you will actively contribute across all phases of the consulting lifecycle. In a client-facing capacity, you will lead and support activities including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design, with a strong focus on Oracle Time & Labour (OTL).
You will collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. You will also play a role in supporting proposal development, delivering product demonstrations, and helping expand our Oracle Cloud Time & Labour capabilities and offerings.

As an experienced professional, you are a self-starter with strong functional expertise in Oracle Time & Labour Cloud, supported by hands-on implementation experience across multiple industries. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and are confident in engaging effectively with client stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Up to 10 years of functional experience delivering Oracle Time & Labour / HCM Cloud solutions
- Proven track record of multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations
- Strong expertise in requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, documentation, troubleshooting, and integrations
- Experience working with technical teams on interface design, development, and testing
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of implementation methodologies
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
Functional Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Time & Labour (OTL), including:
- Time collection and entry layouts
- Time processing profiles
- Approval workflows
- Time rules, fast formulas, and scheduling
- Solid understanding of related modules such as Absence Management, Payroll, and Compensation
- Understanding of UK legislative and compliance considerations impacting time tracking and payroll integration
This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personal Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NVS) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

- Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification(s).

- A good understanding of the broader Oracle Cloud functional areas e.g. Finance, HCM and Payroll, SCM, CX, Logistics.
- Good knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools available as part of Oracle Cloud.
- Some experience in pre-sales activities such as contributing to proposals, conducting Proof of Concepts & Configuring Sand-box environments for functional demonstrations.
