Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant (Managed Services Team)

Please note you must be able to pass security clearance (NPPV 3) for this role due to our clients' requirements, to gain this level of clearance you must have been a resident living in the UK for the past 3 years.

About This Role

You’ve built up solid experience working with Oracle Cloud, and you’re ready for something that feels a bit more meaningful. Maybe it’s the chance to work more closely with clients. Maybe it’s the variety, the challenge, or just being part of a team where your knowledge actually matters.

In this role, you’ll be part of the Managed Services team at Namos, supporting a mix of clients across different sectors, each with their own priorities and quirks. You’ll step in when issues need fixing—but you won’t stop there.

Our aim is to improve how clients use their systems, not just keep things ticking along. That means getting involved with enhancements, solving problems, providing thought leadership, and helping your clients get the most out of their Oracle Payroll solution.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, supported by an open, experienced, and collaborative team. Whether it’s resolving a high-priority payroll issue, analysing unexpected payroll results, or designing a Fast Formula from scratch, you’ll have the autonomy to run with it—but never feel like you’re on your own.

What stands out about this role is how closely you’ll work with customers. You’ll build long-lasting relationships by understanding their business and helping them extract real value from their Oracle investment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
