Please note you must be able to pass security clearance for this role (NPPV 3) due to our clients requirements, to gain this level of clearance you must have been a resident living in the UK for the past 3 years

About the Role

You’ll be joining a team where experience really matters and where your knowledge of Global HR and Absence Management will make a genuine difference.

At Namos, you’re trusted to take ownership of your work, shape outcomes for clients, and deliver to high standards without being micromanaged. It’s the kind of environment where you can bring your expertise to life, leading clients through the detail of configuration, problem solving and design decisions that shape how their people work.

You’ll work alongside consultants who understand what good looks like and take pride in doing things properly.

The focus is on collaboration, not competition, and you’ll always have people around you who are ready to share ideas and help you deliver your best work. There’s an appreciation for quality here, and that’s reflected in how projects are run, how clients are treated, and how teams support each other.

What you’ll find refreshing is the balance. You’ll get variety in your work, exposure to different clients and industries, and the freedom to manage your time in a way that fits your life. You’ll be part of a culture that values people as much as delivery, where your voice is heard, and where the support is genuine.

And if you’re curious about what’s next in Oracle Cloud, you’ll have space to explore it.

Whether that’s looking into how AI can enhance HR solutions, working on multi-country deployments, or broadening your experience into areas like HR Helpdesk, Talent Management, Compensation or Recruitment, there’s always something new to get involved in.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
