Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to drive functional delivery, BAU optimization, and high-level C-suite steering across ongoing enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CHROs, CFOs, and Steering Committees, translating complex functional choices into strategic business decisions.
- Lead business requirements gathering, functional specs, process design, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Optimize functional configurations across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Benefits, or ORC.
- Manage interfaces and reporting utilizing HDL, PBL, OTBI, or BI Publisher.

Key Requirements:
- Extensive end-to-end implementation/optimization experience in Oracle Cloud HCM / Fusion HCM.
- Demonstrated history of executive stakeholder management (SteerCo and Board-level reporting).
- Strong capability in conflict resolution, scope governance, and cross-functional leadership.
