About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle CRM Developer with expertise in CX Sales to join a forward-thinking software house company on a remote basis. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Oracle application development, particularly within CRM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CX Sales and related Oracle Cloud applications.
- Experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Oracle solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to gather and analyze client requirements effectively.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and project management principles.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Relevant certifications or training in Oracle CRM or related technologies are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle CRM applications, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new features.
- Implement and customize Oracle CX Sales modules to optimize business processes and improve user experience.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance to ensure high availability and performance.
- Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle CRM developments and incorporate best practices into your work.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and assist in mentoring junior developers where applicable.
