About The Role
Searchability is seeking an experienced Oracle Application Developer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile Oracle CX, ERP, Finance, and HR projects within a hybrid working environment, primarily based in Lincolnshire with flexibility around travel. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle applications across various business functions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of enterprise systems. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Oracle application development, with strong technical expertise and relevant certifications. A solid understanding of Oracle Fusion, E-Business Suite, and PL/SQL development is essential. Candidates should possess experience working within Agile or SDLC frameworks and demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Prior exposure to Oracle CX, ERP, Finance, or HR modules is highly desirable. Certifications in Oracle technologies will be considered a significant advantage, reflecting a commitment to professional development and technical excellence. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically preferred.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle applications tailored to client needs.
- Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, creating technical specifications, and implementing solutions in Oracle Fusion, EBS, or other Oracle Cloud environments.
- Customizing Oracle modules such as CX Sales, ERP, Finance, and HR.
- Developing integrations, reports, and dashboards using tools like Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.
- Conducting thorough testing of applications and enhancements to ensure system stability and performance.
- Supporting ongoing system improvements, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing existing applications to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Staying current with the latest Oracle technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities.
