About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CRM Developer specializing in CX Sales to join a forward-thinking software house company on a remote basis. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Oracle Application Development, specifically within Oracle CX Sales modules.
- Strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and customizing Oracle applications.
- Solid understanding of CRM principles, software development lifecycle, and best practices in application support.
- A track record of working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Relevant certifications or ongoing professional development in Oracle technologies will be considered advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle applications to meet client requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and customize Oracle CX Sales modules to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference and compliance.
